Hi guys!
It's time for a make-up related post, so here is my review about the nail polish remover by Sephora.
Normally I wouldn't even think about getting a nail polish remover over 5€, but this one was a lucky pick while I was in Paris, without a nail polish remover but with chips all over my nail polish. So after spending a lot of time in Sephora (my friends know how I forget about time when I'm surrounded by make-up), I bought this one without thinking much. I didn't even know this was not the usual remover.
The small bottle contains a sponge, which is soaked with the remover, with a small hole in the middle. It works by dipping your fingers through that hole and wait for about half a minute to a minute. There will be no trace left - that's the promise. After using it for a while I had to dip some fingers in again and turn the bottle for any trace to be removed. Still it's a terrific product. It's so gentle to my fingers and the smell is really pleasant.
Ingredients-wise it's awesome! It contains Glycerin and Panthenol, which are moisturizing and Panthenol is often used in cosmetics to help skin to become soft again. It's also acetone- and paraben-free, which is very important for sensitive skin.
The bottle costs about 8€, which is still in the okay range for me. There's also a cheaper drugstore dupe by Catrice I think.
Do I recommend? Yes! C'est magnifique :D. The only downside is removing nail polish from your feet. It is impossible. I tried. My toes didn't reach the sponge.
Take care until next time,
xoxo Lily
